Vintage rare new with tag signed MONET jewelry statement crystal necklace. The necklace has a gold coloured base (plated with 22k gold) and is filled with clear Swarovski crystals in all shapes and sizes. The necklace is approximately 16 inches long and has a 2 inch extender. The base metal of the necklace is metal alloy.
